WICHITA, Kan. — Rebecca Leddy was recently named director of financial planning and analysis for Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America Inc. (PMMA). She began her new position on March 27, 2017.
Leddy brings a combined 20 years of experience in healthcare internal auditing, accounting and business management. She most recently served as director for CHAN Healthcare, a healthcare internal audit and consulting company which serves more than 350 hospitals and healthcare facilities across the nation.
“Rebecca will bring a tremendous wealth of experience to our team,” said Joe Girardi, chief financial officer/treasurer for PMMA. “Her deep knowledge of healthcare internal audits, ability to analyze complex data sets, and strategic planning acumen will help us further improves processes, and ultimately, better serve residents.”
In this newly created position, Girardi said Leddy will be responsible for identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities for process efficiencies, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement, as well as provide analysis for cash management and budgeting forecasts. She will provide consultation for vendor and group purchasing, and organization management in collaboration with operational and community leadership.
Leddy, a Certified Professional Accountant, has a bachelor of business administration from University of Texas at Arlington in Arlington, TX.
Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America, Inc. has 17 senior living communities in Kansas and Missouri. The not-for-profit organization is headquartered in Wichita, Kan.
